1 At this2063 also my heart3820 trembleth2729, and is moved out5425 of his place4725. 2 Hear8085 attentively8085 the noise7267 of his voice6963, and the sound1899 that goeth out3318 of his mouth6310.¹ 3 He directeth3474 it8281 under the whole heaven8064, and his lightning216 unto the ends3671 of the earth776.²³ 4 After310 it a voice6963 roareth7580: he thundereth7481 with the voice6963 of his excellency1347; and he will not stay6117 them when his voice6963 is heard8085. 5 God410 thundereth7481 marvellously6381 with his voice6963; great things1419 doeth6213 he, which we cannot comprehend3045.

14 Hearken238 unto this, O Job347: stand still5975, and consider995 the wondrous6381 works of God410. 15 Dost thou know3045 when God433 disposed7760 them, and caused the light216 of his cloud6051 to shine3313? 16 Dost thou know3045 the balancings4657 of the clouds5645, the wondrous works4652 of him which is perfect8549 in knowledge1843? 17 How thy garments899 are warm2525, when he quieteth8252 the earth776 by the south1864 wind? 18 Hast thou with him spread out7554 the sky7834, which is strong2389, and as a molten3332 looking glass7209? 19 Teach3045 us what we shall say559 unto him; for we cannot order6186 our speech by reason6440 of darkness2822. 20 Shall it be told5608 him that I speak1696? if a man376 speak559, surely he shall be swallowed up1104.

21 And now men see7200 not the bright925 light216 which is in the clouds7834: but the wind7307 passeth5674, and cleanseth2891 them. 22 Fair weather2091 cometh857 out of the north6828: with God433 is terrible3372 majesty1935.⁹ 23 Touching the Almighty7706, we cannot find him out4672: he is excellent7689 in power3581, and in judgment4941, and in plenty7230 of justice6666: he will not afflict6031. 24 Men582 do therefore fear3372 him: he respecteth7200 not any that are wise2450 of heart3820.
