1 In the year8141 that king4428 Uzziah5818 died4194 I saw7200 also853 the Lord136 sitting3427 upon a throne3678, high7311 and lifted up5375, and his train7757 filled4392 853 the temple1964.¹ 2 Above4605 it stood5975 the seraphims8314: each one259 had six8337 wings3671; with twain8147 he covered3680 his face6440, and with twain8147 he covered3680 his feet7272, and with twain8147 he did fly5774. 3 And one cried7121 unto another, and said559, Holy6918, holy6918, holy6918, is the LORD3068 of hosts6635: the whole earth776 is full4393 of his glory3519.²³ 4 And the posts520 of the door5592 moved5128 at the voice6963 of him that cried7121, and the house1004 was filled4390 with smoke6227.⁴

5 Then said559 I, Woe188 is me! for I am undone1820; because I am a man376 of unclean2931 lips8193, and I dwell3427 in the midst8432 of a people5971 of unclean2931 lips8193: for mine eyes5869 have seen7200 the King4428, the LORD3068 of hosts6635.⁵ 6 Then flew5774 one259 of the seraphims8314 unto me, having a live coal7531 in his hand3027, which he had taken3947 with the tongs4457 from off the altar4196:⁶ 7 And he laid5060 it upon my mouth6310, and said559, Lo, this hath touched5060 thy lips8193; and thine iniquity5771 is taken away5493, and thy sin2403 purged3722.⁷ 8 Also I heard8085 the voice6963 of the Lord136, saying559, Whom shall I send7971, and who will go3212 for us? Then said559 I, Here am I; send7971 me.⁸
