1 Thou also, son1121 of man120, take3947 thee a tile3843, and lay5414 it before6440 thee, and pourtray2710 upon it the city5892, even Jerusalem3389: 2 And lay5414 siege4692 against it, and build1129 a fort1785 against it, and cast8210 a mount5550 against it; set5414 the camp4264 also against it, and set7760 battering rams3733 against it round about5439.¹ 3 Moreover take3947 thou unto thee an iron1270 pan4227, and set5414 it for a wall7023 of iron1270 between thee and the city5892: and set3559 thy face6440 against it, and it shall be besieged4692, and thou shalt lay siege6696 against it. This shall be a sign226 to the house1004 of Israel3478.² 4 Lie7901 thou also upon thy left8042 side6654, and lay7760 the iniquity5771 of the house1004 of Israel3478 upon it: according to the number4557 of the days3117 that thou shalt lie7901 upon it thou shalt bear5375 their iniquity5771. 5 For I have laid5414 upon thee the years8141 of their iniquity5771, according to the number4557 of the days3117, three7969 hundred3967 and ninety8673 days3117: so shalt thou bear5375 the iniquity5771 of the house1004 of Israel3478. 6 And when thou hast accomplished3615 them428, lie7901 again8145 on thy right3233 3227 side6654, and thou shalt bear5375 the iniquity5771 of the house1004 of Judah3063 forty705 days3117: I have appointed5414 thee each day3117 3117 for a year8141 8141.³ 7 Therefore thou shalt set3559 thy face6440 toward the siege4692 of Jerusalem3389, and thine arm2220 shall be uncovered2834, and thou shalt prophesy5012 against it. 8 And, behold, I will lay5414 bands5688 upon thee, and thou shalt not turn2015 thee from one side6654 to another6654, till thou hast ended3615 the days3117 of thy siege4692.⁴
