Ezekiel 11 – Studienbibel

1 Moreover the spirit7307 lifted me up5375, and brought935 me unto the east6931 gate8179 of the LORD'S3068 house1004, which looketh6437 eastward6921: and behold at the door6607 of the gate8179 five2568 and twenty6242 men376; among8432 whom I saw7200 Jaazaniah2970 the son1121 of Azur5809, and Pelatiah6410 the son1121 of Benaiah1141, princes8269 of the people5971. 2 Then said559 he unto me, Son1121 of man120, these are the men582 that devise2803 mischief205, and give3289 wicked7451 counsel6098 in this city5892: 3 Which say559, It is not near7138; let us build1129 houses1004: this city is the caldron5518, and we be the flesh1320.¹ 4 Therefore prophesy5012 against them, prophesy5012, O son1121 of man120. 5 And the Spirit7307 of the LORD3068 fell5307 upon me, and said559 unto me, Speak559; Thus saith559 the LORD3068; Thus have ye said559, O house1004 of Israel3478: for I know3045 the things that come4609 into your mind7307, every one of them. 6 Ye have multiplied7235 your slain2491 in this city5892, and ye have filled4390 the streets2351 thereof with the slain2491. 7 Therefore thus saith559 the Lord136 GOD3069; Your slain2491 whom ye have laid7760 in the midst8432 of it, they are the flesh1320, and this city is the caldron5518: but I will bring you forth3318 out of the midst8432 of it. 8 Ye have feared3372 the sword2719; and I will bring935 a sword2719 upon you, saith5002 the Lord136 GOD3069. 9 And I will bring you out3318 of the midst8432 thereof, and deliver5414 you into the hands3027 of strangers2114, and will execute6213 judgments8201 among you. 10 Ye shall fall5307 by the sword2719; I will judge8199 you in the border1366 of Israel3478; and ye shall know3045 that I am the LORD3068. 11 This city shall not be your caldron5518, neither shall ye be the flesh1320 in the midst8432 thereof; but I will judge8199 you in the border1366 of Israel3478: 12 And ye shall know3045 that I am the LORD3068: for ye have not walked1980 in my statutes2706, neither executed6213 my judgments4941, but have done6213 after the manners4941 of the heathen1471 that are round about5439 you.² 13 And it came to pass, when I prophesied5012, that Pelatiah6410 the son1121 of Benaiah1141 died4191. Then fell I down5307 upon my face6440, and cried2199 with a loud1419 voice6963, and said559, Ah162 Lord136 GOD3069! wilt thou make6213 a full end3617 of the remnant7611 of Israel3478?

14 Again the word1697 of the LORD3068 came unto me, saying559, 15 Son1121 of man120, thy brethren251, even thy brethren251, the men582 of thy kindred1353, and all the house1004 of Israel3478 wholly, are they unto whom the inhabitants3427 of Jerusalem3389 have said559, Get you far7368 from the LORD3068: unto us is this land776 given5414 in possession4181. 16 Therefore say559, Thus saith559 the Lord136 GOD3069; Although I have cast them far off7368 among the heathen1471, and although I have scattered6327 them among the countries776, yet will I be to them as a little4592 sanctuary4720 in the countries776 where they shall come935. 17 Therefore say559, Thus saith559 the Lord136 GOD3069; I will even gather6908 you from the people5971, and assemble622 you out of the countries776 where ye have been scattered6327, and I will give5414 you the land127 of Israel3478. 18 And they shall come935 thither, and they shall take away5493 all the detestable things8251 thereof and all the abominations8441 thereof from thence. 19 And I will give5414 them one259 heart3820, and I will put5414 a new2319 spirit7307 within7130 you; and I will take5493 the stony68 heart3820 out of their flesh1320, and will give5414 them an heart3820 of flesh1320: 20 That they may walk3212 in my statutes2708, and keep8104 mine ordinances4941, and do6213 them: and they shall be my people5971, and I will be their God430. 21 But as for them whose heart3820 walketh1980 after the heart3820 of their detestable things8251 and their abominations8441, I will recompense5414 their way1870 upon their own heads7218, saith5002 the Lord136 GOD3069.

22 Then did the cherubims3742 lift up5375 their wings3671, and the wheels212 beside5980 them; and the glory3519 of the God430 of Israel3478 was over them above4605. 23 And the glory3519 of the LORD3068 went up5927 from the midst8432 of the city5892, and stood5975 upon the mountain2022 which is on the east side6924 of the city5892. 24 Afterwards the spirit7307 took me up5375, and brought935 me in a vision4758 by the Spirit7307 of God430 into Chaldea3778, to them of the captivity1473. So the vision4758 that I had seen7200 went up5927 from me. 25 Then I spake1696 unto them of the captivity1473 all the things1697 that the LORD3068 had shewed7200 me.
