12 When thou hast made an end3615 of tithing6237 all the tithes4643 of thine increase8393 the third7992 year8141, which is the year8141 of tithing4643, and hast given5414 it unto the Levite3881, the stranger1616, the fatherless3490, and the widow490, that they may eat398 within thy gates8179, and be filled7646; 13 Then thou shalt say559 before6440 the LORD3068 thy God430, I have brought away1197 the hallowed things6944 out of mine house1004, and also have given5414 them unto the Levite3881, and unto the stranger1616, to the fatherless3490, and to the widow490, according to all thy commandments4687 which thou hast commanded6680 me: I have not transgressed5674 thy commandments4687, neither have I forgotten7911 them: 14 I have not eaten398 thereof in my mourning205, neither have I taken away1197 ought thereof for any unclean2931 use, nor given5414 ought thereof for the dead4191: but I have hearkened8085 to the voice6963 of the LORD3068 my God430, and have done6213 according to all that thou hast commanded6680 me. 15 Look down8259 from thy holy6944 habitation4583, from heaven8064, and bless1288 thy people5971 Israel3478, and the land127 which thou hast given5414 us, as thou swarest7650 unto our fathers1, a land776 that floweth2100 with milk2461 and honey1706.

16 This day3117 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath commanded6680 thee to do6213 these statutes2706 and judgments4941: thou shalt therefore keep8104 and do6213 them with all thine heart3824, and with all thy soul5315. 17 Thou hast avouched559 the LORD3068 this day3117 to be thy God430, and to walk3212 in his ways1870, and to keep8104 his statutes2706, and his commandments4687, and his judgments4941, and to hearken8085 unto his voice6963: 18 And the LORD3068 hath avouched559 thee this day3117 to be his peculiar5459 people5971, as he hath promised1696 thee, and that thou shouldest keep8104 all his commandments4687; 19 And to make5414 thee high5945 above all nations1471 which he hath made6213, in praise8416, and in name8034, and in honour8597; and that thou mayest be an holy6918 people5971 unto the LORD3068 thy God430, as he hath spoken1696.
