1 Im fünfundzwanzigsten JahreJahre unserer WegführungWegführung, im AnfangAnfang des JahresJahres, am zehnten des Monats, im vierzehnten JahreJahre, nachdem die Stadt geschlagen war, an diesem selbigen TageTage kam die Hand JehovasJehovas über mich, und er brachte mich dorthin.1 In the twenty-fifth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, on the tenth of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, on that same day the hand of Jehovah was upon me, and he brought me thither.
2 In Gesichten GottesGottes brachte er mich in das Land IsraelIsrael, und er ließ mich nieder auf einen sehr hohen BergBerg; und auf demselben, gegen SüdenSüden, war es wie der Bau einer Stadt.2 In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain; and upon it was as the building of a city, on the south.
3 Und er brachte mich dorthin; und siehe da, ein MannMann, dessen Aussehen war wie das Aussehen von Erz; und in seiner Hand war eine leinene Schnur und eine Meßrute; und er stand im ToreTore.3 And he brought me thither, and behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a flax-cord in his hand, and a measuring-reed; and he stood in the gate.
4 Und der MannMann redete zu mir: Menschensohn, sieh mit deinen AugenAugen und höre mit deinen Ohren, und richte dein HerzHerz auf alles was ich dir zeigen werde; denn damit es dir gezeigt werde, bist du hierher gebracht worden. Berichte dem HauseHause IsraelIsrael alles was du siehst.4 And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thy heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for in order that it might be shewn unto thee art thou brought hither. Declare to the house of Israel all that thou seest.
5 Und siehe, eine Mauer1 war außerhalb des Hauses ringsherum; und in der Hand des MannesMannes war eine Meßrute von sechs Ellen, jede von einer ElleElle und einer Handbreite2. Und er maß die Breite des Baues: eine RuteRute, und die HöheHöhe: eine RuteRute. -5 And behold, there was a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man's hand a measuring-reed of six cubits, each of one cubit and a hand breadth. And he measured the breadth of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.
6 Und er ging zu dem ToreTore, das gegen OstenOsten gerichtet war, und stieg dessen Stufen hinauf. Und er maß die Schwelle des ToresTores: eine RuteRute breit, und zwar die erste Schwelle eine RuteRute breit3;6 And he came to the gate which looked toward the east, and went up its steps; and he measured the threshold of the gate, one reed broad; and the other threshold one reed broad.
7 und jedes Wachtzimmer4: eine RuteRute lang und eine RuteRute breit, und zwischen den Wachtzimmern fünf Ellen; und die Torschwelle neben der Torhalle nach dem HauseHause hin5: eine RuteRute.7 And each chamber was one reed long and one reed broad; and between the chambers were five cubits; and the threshold of the gate, beside the porch of the gate within, was one reed.
8 Und er maß die Torhalle nach dem HauseHause hin: eine Rute6;8 And he measured the porch of the gate within, one reed.
9 und er maß die Torhalle: acht Ellen7, und ihre PfeilerPfeiler: zwei Ellen dick, und die Torhalle war nach dem HauseHause hin.9 And he measured the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and the posts thereof, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was inward.
10 Und der Wachtzimmer des ToresTores gegen Osten8 waren drei auf dieser und drei auf jener Seite; ein MaßMaß hatten alle drei, und ein MaßMaß die PfeilerPfeiler auf dieser und auf jener Seite.10 And the chambers of the gate which was toward the east were three on this side and three on that side: they three were of one measure; and the posts on this side and on that side had one measure.
11 Und er maß die Breite der Toröffnung: zehn Ellen, und die Länge des Tores9: dreizehn Ellen.11 And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits.
12 Und eine Grenzwehr10 war vor den Wachtzimmern, von einer ElleElle auf dieser Seite; und eine ElleElle Grenzwehr war auf jener Seite. Und jedes Wachtzimmer war sechs Ellen auf dieser und sechs Ellen auf jener Seite.12 And there was a border before the chambers of one cubit, and a border of one cubit on the other side; and the chambers were six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.
13 Und er maß das TorTor vom Dache eines Wachtzimmers bis zum Dache des anderen: fünfundzwanzig Ellen Breite, TürTür gegen TürTür11.13 And he measured the gate from the roof of one chamber to the roof of the other , a breadth of five and twenty cubits, entry opposite entry.
14 Und er bestimmte12 die PfeilerPfeiler zu sechzig Ellen HöheHöhe. Und an die PfeilerPfeiler stieß der Vorhof rings um das Torgebäude.14 And he made posts, sixty cubits, and by the post was the court of the gate round about.
15 Und von der Vorderseite des Eingangstores bis zur Vorderseite der HalleHalle des inneren ToresTores waren fünfzig Ellen13.15 And from the front of the gate of the entrance unto the front of the porch of the inner gate were fifty cubits.
16 Und vergitterte14 FensterFenster waren an den Wachtzimmern, und zwar an ihren PfeilernPfeilern, nach dem Inneren des Torgebäudes zu, ringsherum, und ebenso an den Wandvorsprüngen; und so waren FensterFenster ringsherum nach innen zu; und an den PfeilernPfeilern waren Palmen.16 And there were closed windows to the chambers, and to their posts within the gate round about, and likewise to the projections; and the windows round about were inward; and upon each post were palm-trees.
17 Und er brachte mich in den äußeren Vorhof. Und siehe, da waren Zellen und ein SteinpflasterSteinpflaster ringsum am Vorhof gemacht; dreißig Zellen waren auf dem SteinpflasterSteinpflaster.17 And he brought me into the outer court, and behold, there were cells, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty cells were upon the pavement.
18 Und das SteinpflasterSteinpflaster war zur Seite der ToreTore, entsprechend der Länge der ToreTore15, nämlich das untere16 SteinpflasterSteinpflaster.18 And the pavement was by the side of the gates, answering to the length of the gates, namely the lower pavement.
19 Und er maß die Breite von der Vorderseite des Tores17 des unteren Vorhofs bis vor den inneren Vorhof, von außen, hundert Ellen; so war es an der Ostseite und an der Nordseite. -19 And he measured the breadth from the front of the lower gate unto the front of the inner court outside, a hundred cubits eastward and northward.
20 Und das TorTor, welches gegen NordenNorden gerichtet war, am äußeren Vorhof: er maß seine Länge und seine Breite;20 And the gate of the outer court, that looked toward the north, he measured its length and its breadth.
21 und seine Wachtzimmer, drei auf dieser und drei auf jener Seite; und seine PfeilerPfeiler und seine Wandvorsprünge. Es war nach dem MaßeMaße des ersten ToresTores, fünfzig Ellen seine Länge und fünfundzwanzig Ellen die Breite18.21 And its chambers were three on this side and three on that side; and its posts and its projections were according to the measure of the first gate: its length was fifty cubits, and breadth five and twenty cubits.
22 Und seine FensterFenster und seine Wandvorsprünge und seine Palmen waren nach dem MaßeMaße des ToresTores, das gegen OstenOsten gerichtet war; und auf sieben Stufen stieg man hinauf, und seine Wandvorsprünge waren vor ihnen19.22 And its windows, and its projections, and its palm-trees were according to the measure of the gate that looked toward the east; and they went up to it by seven steps; and the projections thereof were before them.
23 Und ein TorTor zum inneren Vorhof war dem ToreTore nach NordenNorden und nach OstenOsten gegenüber; und er maß von TorTor zu TorTor hundert Ellen20. -23 And the gate of the inner court was opposite to the gate toward the north, and toward the east; and he measured from gate to gate a hundred cubits.
24 Und er führte mich gegen SüdenSüden. Und siehe, da war ein TorTor gegen SüdenSüden; und er maß seine PfeilerPfeiler und seine Wandvorsprünge nach jenen Maßen.24 And he brought me toward the south: and behold, there was a gate toward the south; and he measured its posts and its projections according to these measures.
25 Und FensterFenster waren an ihm und an seinen Wandvorsprüngen ringsherum, gleich jenen FensternFenstern. Die Länge war fünfzig Ellen und die Breite fünfundzwanzig Ellen.25 And there were windows to it and to its projections round about, like those windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.
26 Und sieben Stufen bildeten seine Stiege, und seine Wandvorsprünge waren vor ihnen; und es hatte Palmen an seinen PfeilernPfeilern, eine auf dieser und eine auf jener Seite.26 And there were seven steps to go up to it; and its projections were before them; and it had palm-trees, one on this side and one on that side, upon its posts.
27 Und ein TorTor zum inneren Vorhof war gegen SüdenSüden; und er maß vom ToreTore21 zu dem ToreTore gegen SüdenSüden, hundert Ellen.27 And there was a gate to the inner court toward the south; and he measured from gate to gate toward the south, a hundred cubits.
28 Und er brachte mich durch das Südtor in den inneren Vorhof. Und er maß das Südtor nach jenen Maßen,28 And he brought me into the inner court by the south gate; and he measured the south gate according to these measures:
29 und seine Wachtzimmer und seine PfeilerPfeiler und seine Wandvorsprünge nach jenen Maßen. Und FensterFenster waren an ihm und an seinen Wandvorsprüngen ringsherum. Die Länge war fünfzig Ellen und die Breite fünfundzwanzig Ellen.29 and its chambers, and its posts, and its projections, according to these measures; and there were windows to it and to its projections round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth twenty-five cubits.
30 Und Wandvorsprünge waren ringsherum, die Länge fünfundzwanzig Ellen und die Breite fünf Ellen.30 And there were projections round about, twenty-five cubits long, and five cubits broad.
31 Und seine Wandvorsprünge waren gegen den äußeren Vorhof hin; und Palmen waren an seinen PfeilernPfeilern; und acht Stufen bildeten seine Stiege. -31 And its projections were toward the outer court; and there were palm-trees upon its posts: and its ascent was by eight steps.
32 Und er brachte mich in den inneren Vorhof gegen OstenOsten. Und er maß das TorTor nach jenen Maßen,32 And he brought me into the inner court toward the east; and he measured the gate according to these measures:
33 und seine Wachtzimmer und seine PfeilerPfeiler und seine Wandvorsprünge nach jenen Maßen. Und FensterFenster waren an ihm und an seinen Wandvorsprüngen ringsherum. Die Länge war fünfzig Ellen und die Breite fünfundzwanzig Ellen.33 and its chambers, and its posts, and its projections, according to these measures; and there were windows to it and to its projections round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth twenty-five cubits.

35 Und er brachte mich zu dem Nordtore. Und er maß es nach jenen Maßen:35 And he brought me to the north gate, and he measured it according to these measures:
36 seine Wachtzimmer, seine PfeilerPfeiler und seine Wandvorsprünge. Und FensterFenster waren an ihm ringsherum. Die Länge war fünfzig Ellen und die Breite fünfundzwanzig Ellen.36 its chambers, its posts, and its projections; and there were windows to it round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth twenty-five cubits.
37 Und seine PfeilerPfeiler waren nach dem äußeren Vorhof zu; und Palmen waren an seinen PfeilernPfeilern auf dieser und auf jener Seite; und acht Stufen bildeten seine Stiege.37 And its posts were toward the outer court; and there were palm-trees upon its posts, on this side and on that side: and its ascent was by eight steps.
38 Und eine Zelle und ihr Eingang war an den PfeilernPfeilern der ToreTore; daselbst spülte man das BrandopferBrandopfer ab.38 And there was a cell and its entry by the posts of the gates; there they rinsed the burnt-offering.
39 Und in der Torhalle waren zwei Tische auf dieser und zwei Tische auf jener Seite, um auf dieselben das geschlachtete BrandopferBrandopfer und SündopferSündopfer und SchuldopferSchuldopfer zu legen22.39 And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt-offering and the sin-offering and the trespass-offering.
40 Und draußen, an der dem zum Toreingang Hinaufgehenden nördlich liegenden Seite23, waren zwei Tische; und an der anderen Seite24 der Torhalle zwei Tische:40 And at the side without, at the ascent to the entry of the north gate, were two tables; and on the other side, which was at the porch of the gate, were two tables:
41 vier Tische auf dieser und vier Tische auf jener Seite, an der Seite25 des ToresTores: acht Tische, auf welche man das geschlachtete FleischFleisch legte.41 four tables on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate, --eight tables, whereon they slew the sacrifice ,
42 Und bei der Stiege waren vier Tische aus behauenen Steinen, anderthalb Ellen lang und anderthalb Ellen breit und eine ElleElle hoch; auf diese legte man die Geräte, womit man das BrandopferBrandopfer und das SchlachtopferSchlachtopfer schlachtete.42 --and at the ascent, four tables of hewn stone, of a cubit and a half long, and a cubit and a half broad, and one cubit high; whereon also they laid the instruments with which they slew the burnt-offering and the sacrifice.
43 Und die Doppelpflöcke26, eine HandbreitHandbreit lang, waren ringsherum am Torhause befestigtbefestigt; und auf die Tische kam das Opferfleisch. -43 And the double hooks of a hand breadth were fastened round about within; and upon the tables they put the flesh of the offering.
44 Und außerhalb des inneren ToresTores waren zwei Zellen im inneren Vorhof: eine an der Seite27 des Nordtores, und ihre Vorderseite gegen SüdenSüden; eine an der Seite28 des Südtores29 in der Richtung gegen NordenNorden.44 And outside the inner gate were two cells in the inner court, one at the side of the north gate, and its front towards the south; the other was at the side of the south gate, the front towards the north.
45 Und er sprach zu mir: Diese Zelle, deren Vorderseite gegen SüdenSüden liegt, ist für die PriesterPriester, welche der HutHut des Hauses warten.45 And he said unto me, This cell whose front is towards the south is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the house.
46 Und die Zelle, deren Vorderseite gegen NordenNorden liegt, ist für die PriesterPriester, welche der HutHut des AltarsAltars warten. Das sind die Söhne ZadoksZadoks, welche aus den Söhnen LevisLevis JehovaJehova nahen, um ihm zu dienen.46 And the cell whose front is toward the north is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar. These are the sons of Zadok, those who, from among the sons of Levi, approach unto Jehovah to minister unto him.
47 Und er maß den Vorhof: die Länge hundert Ellen und die Breite hundert Ellen ins Geviert. Und der AltarAltar war vor dem HauseHause.47 And he measured the court, the length a hundred cubits, and the breadth a hundred cubits, four square: and the altar was before the house.
48 Und er brachte mich zur HalleHalle des Hauses. Und er maß den PfeilerPfeiler30 der HalleHalle: fünf Ellen auf dieser und fünf Ellen auf jener Seite; und die Breite des ToresTores: drei Ellen auf dieser und drei Ellen auf jener Seite.48 And he brought me to the porch of the house; and he measured the post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side; and the breadth of the gate, three cubits on this side, and three cubits on that side.
49 Die Länge der HalleHalle war zwanzig Ellen und die Breite elf Ellen, und zwar an den Stufen, auf welchen man zu ihr hinaufstieg. Und Säulen waren an den PfeilernPfeilern, eine auf dieser und eine auf jener Seite.49 The length of the porch was twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits, even by the steps whereby they went up to it; and there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and one on that side.
