1 Und du, Menschensohn, weissage über die BergeBerge IsraelsIsraels und sprich: BergeBerge IsraelsIsraels, höret das WortWort JehovasJehovas!1 And thou, son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, Mountains of Israel, hear the word of Jehovah.
2 So spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Weil der Feind über euch spricht: HahaHaha! und: Die ewigen Höhen, sie sind uns zum Besitztum geworden!2 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because the enemy hath said against you, Aha! and, The ancient high places are become ours in possession;
3 darum weissage und sprich: So spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Darum, ja darum, daß man euch von allen Seiten her verwüstet und angeschnaubt1 hat, so daß ihr dem Überrest der NationenNationen ein Besitztum geworden und ins Gerede der Zunge und ins Geschwätz der Leute gekommen seid:3 therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because, yea, because they have made you desolate, and have swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the remnant of the nations, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and in the defaming of the people:
4 darum, ihr BergeBerge IsraelsIsraels, höret das WortWort des HerrnHerrn, JehovasJehovas! So spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova, zu den Bergen und zu den Hügeln, zu den Gründen und zu den Tälern, und zu den wüsten Trümmern und zu den verlassenen Städten, welche dem Überrest der NationenNationen ringsum zur BeuteBeute und zum Spott geworden sind -4 therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Jehovah. Thus saith the Lord Jehovah to the mountains and to the hills, to the water-courses and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes and to the cities that are forsaken, which are become a prey and a derision to the remnant of the nations that are round about,
5 darum, so spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Wahrlich, im FeuerFeuer meines EifersEifers habe ich geredet wider den Überrest der NationenNationen und wider ganz EdomEdom, die sich mein Land zum Besitztum gemacht haben, mit ganzer Herzensfreude, mit Verachtung der SeeleSeele, um es zur Plünderung auszuleeren!5 --therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the remnant of the nations, and against the whole of Edom, which have appointed my land unto themselves for a possession with the joy of all their heart, with despite of soul, to plunder it by pillage.
6 Darum weissage von dem Lande IsraelIsrael und sprich zu den Bergen und zu den Hügeln, zu den Gründen und zu den Tälern: So spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Siehe, in meinem EiferEifer und in meinem Grimm habe ich geredet, weil ihr die Schmach der NationenNationen getragen habt.6 Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains and to the hills, to the water-courses and to the valleys, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I have spoken in my jealousy and in my fury, because ye have borne the ignominy of the nations;
7 Darum, so spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Ich, ich habe meine Hand erhoben2: Wenn nicht die NationenNationen, welche rings um euch her sind, ihre eigene Schmach tragen sollen!7 therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I have lifted up my hand, saying, Verily the nations that are about you, they shall bear their shame.
8 Ihr aber, BergeBerge IsraelsIsraels, ihr sollt meinem Volke IsraelIsrael eure Zweige treiben und eure Frucht tragen, denn sie3 sind nahe daran zu kommen.8 And ye mountains of Israel shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people Israel: for they are at hand to come.
9 Denn siehe, ich will zu euch kommen, und ich will mich zu euch wenden, und ihr sollt bebaut und besät werden.9 For behold, I am for you, and I will turn unto you, and ye shall be tilled and sown.
10 Und ich werde die Menschen auf euch vermehren, das ganze HausHaus IsraelIsrael insgesamt; und die Städte sollen bewohnt und die Trümmer aufgebaut werden.10 And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, the whole of it; and the cities shall be inhabited, and the waste places shall be builded.
11 Und ich werde Menschen und ViehVieh auf euch vermehren, und sie werden sich mehren und fruchtbar sein; und ich werde euch bewohnt machen, wie in euren Vorzeiten, und werde euch wohltun, mehr als in euren Anfängen. Und ihr werdet wissen, daß ich JehovaJehova bin.11 And I will multiply upon you man and beast, and they shall increase and bring forth fruit; and I will cause you to be inhabited as in your former times, yea, I will make it better than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.
12 Und ich werde Menschen, mein Volk IsraelIsrael, auf euch wandeln lassen, und sie werden dich4 besitzen, und du wirst ihnen zum ErbteilErbteil sein; und du wirst sie hinfort nicht mehr der KinderKinder berauben. -12 And I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess thee, and thou shalt be their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth bereave them of children.
13 So spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Weil sie zu euch sprechen: Du5 verzehrst Menschen und hast deine Nation der KinderKinder beraubt,13 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because they say unto you, Thou devourest men, and hast bereaved thy nation,
14 darum wirst du nicht mehr Menschen verzehren, und wirst deine Nation nicht mehr straucheln machen6, spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova.14 therefore thou shalt devour men no more, neither bereave thy nation any more, saith the Lord Jehovah;
15 Und ich will dich nicht mehr die Schmähung der NationenNationen hören lassen, und den Hohn der Völker sollst du nicht mehr tragen; und du sollst deine Nation nicht mehr straucheln machen, spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova.15 neither will I cause thee to hear the ignominy of the nations any more, and thou shalt not bear the reproach of the peoples any more, neither shalt thou cause thy nation to fall any more, saith the Lord Jehovah.
16 Und das WortWort JehovasJehovas geschah zu mir also:16 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
17 Menschensohn, das HausHaus IsraelIsrael wohnte in seinem Lande, und sie verunreinigten es durch ihren Weg und durch ihre Handlungen; ihr Weg war vor mir wie die Unreinigkeit eines unreinen Weibes.17 Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their way and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a woman in her separation.
18 Da goß ich meinen Grimm über sie aus wegen des BlutesBlutes, das sie im Lande vergossen, und weil sie es durch ihre Götzen verunreinigt hatten.18 And I poured out my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and because they had defiled it with their idols.
19 Und ich versprengte sie unter die NationenNationen, und sie wurden in die Länder zerstreut; ich richtete sie nach ihrem Wege und nach ihren Handlungen.19 And I scattered them among the nations, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them.
20 Und als sie zu den NationenNationen kamen, wohin sie kamen, da entweihten sie meinen heiligen NamenNamen, indem man von ihnen sagte: JehovasJehovas Volk sind diese, und aus seinem Lande sind sie gezogen.20 And when they came to the nations whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when it was said of them, These are the people of Jehovah, and they are gone forth out of his land.
21 Aber ich habe meinen heiligen NamenNamen verschont7, welchen das HausHaus IsraelIsrael entweiht hat unter den NationenNationen, wohin sie kamen. -21 But I had pity for my holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations whither they went.
22 Darum sprich zum HauseHause IsraelIsrael: So spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Nicht um euretwillen tue ich es, HausHaus IsraelIsrael, sondern um meines heiligen NamensNamens willen, den ihr entweiht habt unter den NationenNationen, wohin ihr gekommen seid.22 Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for my holy name, which ye have profaned among the nations whither ye went.
23 Und ich werde meinen großen NamenNamen heiligen, der entweiht ist unter den NationenNationen, welchen ihr entweiht habt in ihrer Mitte. Und die NationenNationen werden wissen, daß ich JehovaJehova bin, spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova, wenn ich mich vor ihren AugenAugen an euch heilige8. -23 And I will hallow my great name, which was profaned among the nations, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the nations shall know that I am Jehovah, saith the Lord Jehovah, when I shall be hallowed in you before their eyes.
24 Und ich werde euch aus den NationenNationen holen und euch sammeln aus allen Ländern und euch in euer Land bringen.24 And I will take you from among the nations, and gather you out of all the countries, and will bring you into your own land.
25 Und ich werde reines Wasser auf euch sprengen, und ihr werdet rein sein; von allen euren Unreinigkeiten und von allen euren Götzen werde ich euch reinigen.25 And I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your uncleannesses and from all your idols will I cleanse you.
26 Und ich werde euch ein neues HerzHerz geben und einen neuen GeistGeist in euer Inneres geben; und ich werde das steinerne HerzHerz aus eurem FleischeFleische wegnehmen und euch ein fleischernes HerzHerz geben.26 And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.
27 Und ich werde meinen GeistGeist in euer Inneres geben; und ich werde machen, daß ihr in meinen SatzungenSatzungen wandelt und meine Rechte bewahret und tut.27 And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and keep mine ordinances, and ye shall do them.
28 Und ihr werdet in dem Lande wohnen, das ich euren VäternVätern gegeben habe; und ihr werdet mein Volk, und ich werde euer GottGott sein.28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers, and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
29 Und ich werde euch befreien von allen euren Unreinigkeiten. Und ich werde das Getreide herbeirufen und es mehren, und keine HungersnotHungersnot mehr auf euch bringen;29 And I will save you from all your uncleannesses; and I will call for the corn and will multiply it, and lay no famine upon you.
30 und ich werde die Frucht des Baumes und den Ertrag des Feldes mehren, auf daß ihr nicht mehr den Schimpf einer HungersnotHungersnot traget unter den NationenNationen.30 And I will multiply the fruit of the trees and the increase of the field, so that ye may receive no more the reproach of famine among the nations.
31 Und ihr werdet eurer bösen Wege gedenken und eurer Handlungen, die nicht gut waren, und werdet Ekel an euch selbst empfinden wegen eurer Missetaten und eurer Greuel.31 And ye shall remember your evil ways, and your doings which were not good, and shall loathe yourselves for your iniquities and for your abominations.
32 Nicht um euretwillen tue ich es, spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova, das sei euch kund; schämet euch und werdet beschämt vor euren Wegen, HausHaus IsraelIsrael! -32 Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord Jehovah, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your ways, O house of Israel.
33 So spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: An dem TageTage, da ich euch reinigen werde von allen euren Missetaten, da will ich die Städte bewohnt machen, und die Trümmer sollen aufgebaut werden.33 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: In the day that I shall cleanse you from all your iniquities I will also cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be builded.
34 Und das verwüstete Land soll bebaut werden, statt daß es eine WüsteWüste war vor den AugenAugen jedes Vorüberziehenden.34 And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it was a desolation in the sight of all that passed by.
35 Und man wird sagen: Dieses Land da, das verwüstete, ist wie der Garten EdenGarten Eden geworden, und die verödeten und verwüsteten und zerstörten Städte sind befestigtbefestigt und bewohnt.35 And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are fortified and inhabited.
36 Und die NationenNationen, welche rings um euch her übrigbleiben werden, werden wissen, daß ich, JehovaJehova, das Zerstörte aufbaue, das Verwüstete bepflanze. Ich, JehovaJehova, habe geredet und werde es tun. -36 And the nations that shall be left round about you shall know that I Jehovah build the ruined places and plant that which was desolate: I Jehovah have spoken, and I will do it .
37 So spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Auch noch um dieses werde ich mich vom HauseHause IsraelIsrael erbitten9 lassen, daß ich es ihnen tue: Ich werde sie an Menschen vermehren wie eine HerdeHerde.37 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will yet for this be inquired of by the house of Israel, to do it unto them; I will increase them with men like a flock.
38 Wie eine geheiligte HerdeHerde, wie die HerdeHerde JerusalemsJerusalems an seinen Festen10, also werden die verödeten Städte voll Menschenherden sein. Und sie werden wissen, daß ich JehovaJehova bin.38 As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her set feasts, so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am Jehovah.
