10 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,10 darum, siehe, will ich an dich und an deine Ströme; und ich werde das Land Ägypten zu öden, wüsten Einöden machen, von Migdol³ bis nach Syene⁴, bis an die Grenze von Äthiopien.	10 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,10 Therefore behold, I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt deserts of wasteness and desolation, from Migdol to Syene, even unto the border of Ethiopia.
11 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,11 Der Fuß des Menschen wird es nicht durchwandern, und der Fuß des TieresTieres wird es nicht durchwandern, und es wird nicht bewohnt sein, vierzig JahreJahre.	11 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,11 No foot of man shall pass through it, nor shall foot of beast pass through it, nor shall it be inhabited, forty years.
12 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,12 Und ich werde das Land Ägypten zu einer WüsteWüste machen inmitten verwüsteter Länder, und seine Städte werden inmitten verödeter Städte eine WüsteWüste sein, vierzig JahreJahre; und ich werde die Ägypter unter die NationenNationen versprengen und sie in die Länder zerstreuen. -	12 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,12 And I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of the countries that are desolated, and her cities shall be, in the midst of the cities that are laid waste, a desolation forty years; and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
13 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,13 Denn so spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Am Ende von vierzig Jahren werde ich die Ägypter aus den Völkern sammeln, wohin sie versprengt waren;	13 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,13 Yet thus saith the Lord Jehovah: At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the peoples whither they were scattered;
14 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,14 und ich werde die GefangenschaftGefangenschaft der Ägypter wenden und sie in das Land Pathros⁵, in das Land ihres Ursprungs, zurückbringen, und daselbst werden sie ein niedriges Königreich sein.	14 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,14 and I will turn again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return to the land of Pathros, into the land of their birth, and they shall there be a base kingdom.
15 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,15 Und es wird niedriger sein als die anderen Königreiche und sich nicht mehr über die NationenNationen erheben; und ich will sie vermindern, daß sie nicht mehr über die NationenNationen herrschen.	15 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,15 It shall be the basest of kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations; and I will diminish them, so that they shall no more rule over the nations.
16 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,16 Und nicht soll es ferner dem HauseHause IsraelIsrael zu einer ZuversichtZuversicht sein, welche Missetat in Erinnerung bringt, indem sie sich nach ihnen hinwenden. Und sie werden wissen, daß ich der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova, bin.	16 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,16 And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, bringing iniquity to remembrance, when they turn after them: and they shall know that I am the Lord Jehovah.

18 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,18 Menschensohn, NebukadrezarNebukadrezar, der König von BabelBabel, hat sein Heer eine schwere Arbeit tun lassen gegen TyrusTyrus. Jedes HauptHaupt ist kahl geworden, und jede SchulterSchulter ist abgerieben; und von TyrusTyrus ist ihm und seinem Heere kein LohnLohn geworden für die Arbeit, welche er wider dasselbe getan hat.	18 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to do hard service against Tyre; every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he from Tyre no wages, nor his army, for the service that he had served against it.
19 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,19 Darum, so spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova: Siehe, ich gebe NebukadrezarNebukadrezar, dem König von BabelBabel, das Land Ägypten; und er wird seinen Reichtum wegtragen und seinen RaubRaub raubenrauben und seine BeuteBeute erbeuten, und das wird der LohnLohn sein für sein Heer.	19 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,19 Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall carry away her multitude, and seize her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
20 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,20 Als seine BelohnungBelohnung, um welche er gearbeitet hat, habe ich ihm das Land Ägypten gegeben, weil sie für mich gearbeitet haben⁶, spricht der HerrHerr, JehovaJehova. -	20 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,20 I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord Jehovah.
21 ELB 1932: Hes. 29,21 An jenem Tage⁷ werde ich dem HauseHause IsraelIsrael ein HornHorn hervorsprossen lassen, und dir werde ich den Mund auftun in ihrer Mitte; und sie werden wissen, daß ich JehovaJehova bin.	21 Old Darby (EN): Ezek. 29,21 In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them: and they shall know that I am Jehovah.

1 Im zehnten Jahre, im zehnten Monat, am zwölften des Monats, geschah das Wort Jehovas zu mir also:

1 In the tenth year, in the tenth month , on the twelfth of the month, the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

2 Menschensohn, richte dein Angesicht wider den Pharao, den König von Ägypten, und weissage wider ihn und wider ganz Ägypten.

2 Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against the whole of Egypt;

3 Rede und sprich: So spricht der Herr, Jehova: Siehe, ich will an dich, Pharao, König von Ägypten, du großes Seeungeheuer, das in seinen Strömen¹ liegt, das da spricht: Mein Strom gehört mir, und ich habe ihn mir gemacht.

3 speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which saith, My river is mine own, and I made it for myself.

4 Und ich werde Haken in deine Kinnbacken legen und die Fische deiner Ströme an deine Schuppen sich hängen lassen, und werde dich aus deinen Strömen heraufziehen samt allen Fischen deiner Ströme, die an deinen Schuppen hängen.

4 And I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales;

5 Und ich werde dich in die Wüste werfen, dich und alle Fische deiner Ströme; auf des Feldes Fläche wirst du fallen; du wirst nicht aufgelesen und nicht gesammelt werden: den Tieren der Erde und den Vögeln des Himmels habe ich dich zur Speise gegeben.

5 and I will cast thee into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open field; thou shalt not be brought together nor gathered: I will give thee for meat to the beasts of the earth and to the fowl of the heavens.

6 Und alle Bewohner von Ägypten werden wissen, daß ich Jehova bin. Weil sie dem Hause Israel ein Rohrstab gewesen sind, -

6 And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am Jehovah, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.

7 wenn sie dich mit der Hand erfaßten, knicktest du und rissest ihnen die ganze Schulter auf; und wenn sie sich auf dich lehnten, zerbrachst du und machtest ihnen alle Hüften wanken -

7 When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst give way and rend all their shoulder; and when they leaned upon thee, thou didst break, and didst make all their loins to tremble.

8 darum, so spricht der Herr, Jehova: Siehe, ich bringe das Schwert über dich und werde Menschen und Vieh aus dir ausrotten;

8 Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast from thee.

9 und das Land Ägypten wird zur Wüste und Einöde werden. Und sie werden wissen, daß ich Jehova bin. Weil der Pharao² spricht: Der Strom ist mein, und ich habe ihn gemacht,

9 And the land of Egypt shall be a desolation and a waste: and they shall know that I am Jehovah, because he saith, The river is mine, and I made it.

10 darum, siehe, will ich an dich und an deine Ströme; und ich werde das Land Ägypten zu öden, wüsten Einöden machen, von Migdol³ bis nach Syene⁴, bis an die Grenze von Äthiopien.

10 Therefore behold, I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt deserts of wasteness and desolation, from Migdol to Syene, even unto the border of Ethiopia.

11 Der Fuß des Menschen wird es nicht durchwandern, und der Fuß des Tieres wird es nicht durchwandern, und es wird nicht bewohnt sein, vierzig Jahre.

11 No foot of man shall pass through it, nor shall foot of beast pass through it, nor shall it be inhabited, forty years.

12 Und ich werde das Land Ägypten zu einer Wüste machen inmitten verwüsteter Länder, und seine Städte werden inmitten verödeter Städte eine Wüste sein, vierzig Jahre; und ich werde die Ägypter unter die Nationen versprengen und sie in die Länder zerstreuen. -

12 And I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of the countries that are desolated, and her cities shall be, in the midst of the cities that are laid waste, a desolation forty years; and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.

13 Denn so spricht der Herr, Jehova: Am Ende von vierzig Jahren werde ich die Ägypter aus den Völkern sammeln, wohin sie versprengt waren;

13 Yet thus saith the Lord Jehovah: At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the peoples whither they were scattered;

14 und ich werde die Gefangenschaft der Ägypter wenden und sie in das Land Pathros⁵, in das Land ihres Ursprungs, zurückbringen, und daselbst werden sie ein niedriges Königreich sein.

14 and I will turn again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return to the land of Pathros, into the land of their birth, and they shall there be a base kingdom.

15 Und es wird niedriger sein als die anderen Königreiche und sich nicht mehr über die Nationen erheben; und ich will sie vermindern, daß sie nicht mehr über die Nationen herrschen.

18 Menschensohn, Nebukadrezar, der König von Babel, hat sein Heer eine schwere Arbeit tun lassen gegen Tyrus. Jedes Haupt ist kahl geworden, und jede Schulter ist abgerieben; und von Tyrus ist ihm und seinem Heere kein Lohn geworden für die Arbeit, welche er wider dasselbe getan hat.

20 Als seine Belohnung, um welche er gearbeitet hat, habe ich ihm das Land Ägypten gegeben, weil sie für mich gearbeitet haben⁶, spricht der Herr, Jehova. -

20 I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord Jehovah.

21 An jenem Tage⁷ werde ich dem Hause Israel ein Horn hervorsprossen lassen, und dir werde ich den Mund auftun in ihrer Mitte; und sie werden wissen, daß ich Jehova bin.
