1 Und JehovaJehova sprach zu NoahNoah: Gehe in die Arche, du und dein ganzes HausHaus; denn dich habe ich gerecht vor mir erfunden in diesem GeschlechtGeschlecht.1 And Jehovah said to Noah, Go into the ark, thou and all thy house; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
2 Von allem reinen ViehVieh sollst du sieben und sieben zu dir nehmen, ein Männchen und sein Weibchen; und von dem ViehVieh, das nicht rein ist, zwei, ein Männchen und sein Weibchen;2 Of all clean beasts thou shalt take to thee by sevens, a male and its female; but of the beasts that are not clean two, a male and its female.
3 auch von dem Gevögel des HimmelsHimmels sieben und sieben, ein Männliches und ein Weibliches: um Samen am LebenLeben zu erhalten auf der Fläche der ganzen ErdeErde.3 Also of the fowl of the heavens by sevens, male and female; to keep seed alive on the face of all the earth.
4 Denn in noch sieben Tagen, so lasse ich auf die ErdeErde regnen vierzig TageTage und vierzig Nächte und werde vertilgen von der Fläche des Erdbodens alles Bestehende, das ich gemacht habe. -4 For in yet seven days I will cause it to rain on the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living being which I have made will I destroy from the ground.
5 Und NoahNoah tat nach allem, was JehovaJehova ihm geboten hatte.5 And Noah did according to all that Jehovah had commanded him.
6 Und NoahNoah war sechshundert JahreJahre alt, als die FlutFlut kam, Wasser über die ErdeErde.6 And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was on the earth.
7 Und NoahNoah und seine Söhne und sein Weib und die Weiber seiner Söhne mit ihm gingen in die Arche vor den Wassern der FlutFlut.7 And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.
8 Von dem reinen ViehVieh und von dem ViehVieh, das nicht rein ist, und von dem Gevögel und von allem was sich auf dem Erdboden regt,8 Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowl, and of everything that creeps on the ground,
9 kamen zwei und zwei1 zu NoahNoah in die Arche, ein Männliches und ein Weibliches, wie GottGott dem NoahNoah geboten hatte.9 there came two and two unto Noah into the ark, male and female, as God had commanded Noah.
10 Und es geschah nach sieben Tagen, da kamen die Wasser der FlutFlut über die ErdeErde.10 And it came to pass after seven days that the waters of the flood were on the earth.
11 Im sechshundertsten JahreJahre des LebensLebens NoahsNoahs, im zweiten Monat, am siebenzehnten TageTage des Monats, an diesem TageTage brachen auf alle Quellen der großen Tiefe, und die FensterFenster des HimmelsHimmels taten sich auf.11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that same day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
12 Und der RegenRegen fiel auf die ErdeErde vierzig TageTage und vierzig Nächte.12 And the pour of rain was on the earth forty days and forty nights.
13 An ebendemselben TageTage gingen NoahNoah und SemSem und HamHam und JaphetJaphet, die Söhne NoahsNoahs, und das Weib NoahsNoahs und die drei Weiber seiner Söhne mit ihnen in die Arche:13 On the same day went Noah, and Shem and Ham and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;
14 sie und alles Getier nach seiner Art und alles ViehVieh nach seiner Art und alles Gewürm, das sich auf der ErdeErde regt, nach seiner Art, und alles Gevögel nach seiner Art, jeder VogelVogel von allerlei Gefieder.14 they, and every beast after its kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth after its kind, and all fowl after its kind--every bird of every wing.
15 Und sie gingen zu NoahNoah in die Arche, je zwei und zwei von allem FleischeFleische, in welchem ein Hauch des LebensLebens war.15 And they went to Noah, into the ark, two and two of all flesh, in which was the breath of life.
16 Und die hineingingen, waren2 ein Männliches und ein Weibliches von allem FleischeFleische, wie GottGott ihm geboten hatte. Und JehovaJehova schloß hinter ihm zu.16 And they that came, came male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him. And Jehovah shut him in.
17 Und die FlutFlut kam vierzig TageTage lang über die ErdeErde. Und die Wasser mehrten sich und hoben die Arche empor; und sie erhob sich über die ErdeErde.17 And the flood was forty days on the earth. And the waters increased, and bore up the ark; and it was lifted up above the earth.
18 Und die Wasser nahmen überhand und mehrten sich sehr auf der ErdeErde; und die Arche fuhr auf der Fläche der Wasser.18 And the waters prevailed and increased greatly on the earth; and the ark went on the face of the waters.
19 Und die Wasser nahmen gar sehr überhand auf der ErdeErde, und es wurden bedeckt alle hohen BergeBerge, die unter dem ganzen HimmelHimmel sind.19 And the waters prevailed exceedingly on the earth; and all the high mountains that are under all the heavens were covered.
20 Fünfzehn Ellen darüber nahmen die Wasser überhand, und die BergeBerge wurden bedeckt.20 Fifteen cubits upward the waters prevailed; and the mountains were covered.
21 Da verschied alles FleischFleisch, das sich auf der ErdeErde regte, an Gevögel und an ViehVieh und an Getier und an allem Gewimmel, das auf der ErdeErde wimmelte, und alle Menschen;21 And all flesh that moved on the earth expired, fowl as well as cattle, and beasts, and all crawling things which crawl on the earth, and all mankind:
22 alles starb, in dessen Nase ein Odem des Lebenshauches war, von allem, was auf dem Trockenen war.22 everything which had in its nostrils the breath of life, of all that was on the dry land , died.
23 Und vertilgt wurde3 alles Bestehende, das auf der Fläche des Erdbodens war, vom Menschen bis zum ViehVieh, bis zum Gewürm und bis zum Gevögel des HimmelsHimmels; und sie wurden vertilgt von der ErdeErde. Und nur NoahNoah blieb übrig und was mit ihm in der Arche war.23 And every living being was destroyed that was on the ground, both man, and cattle, and creeping things, and fowl of the heavens; and they were destroyed from the earth. And Noah alone remained, and what was with him in the ark.
24 Und die Wasser hatten überhand auf der ErdeErde hundert und fünfzig TageTage.24 And the waters prevailed on the earth a hundred and fifty days.
